Hello my name is Marie-Therese and I am a
Heidi Ott Little one. My mum likes to take me everywhere she goes as I can fit
in her bag so easily.
Here
I am at her work desk with my sister Elaine helping mum do some cataloguing. As
you can see Elaine can hold the cards a bit easier than I can! Although Mum’s
desk is always messy she always can find room for me to sit. I always cheer her
up and make her feel happy.
Here I am helping Mum with her paperwork- I
told you her desk was messy...
I have been to Paris with mum last autumn.
Unfortunately there are no photos of me in Paris. I enjoyed seeing the Van Gogh
paintings at the Musee D’Orsay.
Mum also took me on holiday to Ireland to
the town she grew up in a few weeks ago. She really enjoyed taking me to the
places she knew as a child. I had been excited about this trip since mum told
me we were going.
Elaine and I enjoyed staying at my mum’s
friends house. Here we are in the kitchen. We do like rice cakes (which you can
see in the background) although we prefer cake and chocolate
Here I am sitting on a bench in Skerries,
Co. Dublin, watching the sea. Mum had knitted me a hat and cloak which she gave
me for Christmas so I would not be cold!
I liked seeing the beach – especially all
the different sorts of sea shells. However I also enjoyed going to the museums
and art gallery in Dublin and going shopping with mum for presents for her
friends (mainly chocolate!)
When I got home I told one of my mum’s
other favourite dolls Olivia all about my trip. She was quite envious but hopes
to get to Dublin one day- who knows!
Although I love all my sisters I am
especially close to Maya who is another Heidi Ott little one- we enjoy having
adventures together
My mum loves me very much and thinks I am a
very special doll.
